Digital Wellness Experience

The Opportunity

Redesigning REVIV India's website to turn global trust into local bookings

REVIV briefed a full redesign of the India experience ahead of its Mumbai flagship clinic launch. The India site's dense layout, buried pricing, and missing booking CTA meant visitors rarely converted into paying clients. Scope covered the homepage, treatment pages, and the full discovery-to-booking funnel.

ScopeFull website revamp, not just the booking flow

Confusing navigation

Services were grouped by internal category, not by how users actually searched for treatments.

Booking friction

No persistent booking CTA, and a lengthy form required before users could see available slots.

Low trust and transparency

No testimonials, credentials, or upfront pricing anywhere on the legacy site.

Research to Redesign

Four issues, and what changed

A heuristic audit, a legacy site walkthrough, and a competitor review surfaced the same four issues behind REVIV India's low lead conversion.

01 — Booking Friction Insight

"No persistent booking CTA or WhatsApp option existed on the legacy site; booking access was the biggest drop-off risk."

— Site walkthrough, industry benchmark

Options Explored
Rejected
Option A — Single long form
A long list of mandatory fields and account creation before slots are even visible.
Selected
Option B — WhatsApp-first booking
A persistent WhatsApp CTA that lets users pick a treatment and slot inside a chat, no form or account required.
Why This Was Chosen

A multi-step form with inline validation was considered, but any in-site form still asked users to trust a new interface with personal details. WhatsApp is where the target audience already books everything else, so moving the flow there removed the biggest source of hesitation: the persistent CTA opens straight into a chat, with no account, download, or new interface to learn.

Conversion Focused
02 — Navigation & Discovery Insight

"Legacy site grouped treatments by internal category rather than by goal or symptom — navigation didn't match how users think."

— Site walkthrough, competitor audit

Options Explored
Rejected
Option A — Flat mega-menu
Every treatment listed individually in the top nav.
Selected
Option B — Goal-based grouping
Treatments grouped as IV Therapy, At-Home, Packages.
Why This Was Chosen

A flat menu kept every treatment one click away, but it scaled poorly and mirrored how REVIV's internal team organized services, not how visitors searched for them. Most competitor sites reviewed grouped by outcome rather than category, matching how the client described the goal in kickoff: help users understand treatments without overwhelming them.

Reduced Cognitive Load
03 — Trust & Transparency Insight

"No testimonials, credentials, or upfront pricing appeared anywhere on the legacy site — every trust signal sat behind a PDF or an inquiry form."

— Site walkthrough, competitor review

Options Explored
Rejected
Option A — Downloadable brochure
Pricing and credentials lived in a static PDF, gated behind a lead form.
Selected
Option B — Inline trust module
Testimonials, credentials and live INR pricing embedded on every treatment page.
Why This Was Chosen

A downloadable brochure matched how the legacy site already handled pricing, but it added a step and read poorly on mobile. Moving testimonials, credentials and live pricing directly onto the page kept trust signals visible without asking visitors to leave the flow.

Increased Confidence
04 — Brand & First Impression Insight

"The homepage opened with a dense service list and clinical copy, while premium competitors led with imagery and plain language."

— Site walkthrough, competitor review

Options Explored
Rejected
Option A — Service-list-first homepage
Homepage opened directly into a full treatment list with clinical terms.
Selected
Option B — Editorial, image-led hero
Full-bleed lifestyle photography and a plain-language headline first.
Why This Was Chosen

Leading with the full service list mirrored the legacy site and kept every treatment visible immediately, but it read as a directory rather than a premium wellness brand. An editorial, image-led hero matched how competitor sites and REVIV's own global site set tone before detail.

Sizing & Spacing

Proportional sizes used across this spread are 34pt, 28pt, 12pt and 9pt, as a general guide for hierarchy.

Capitalization

Titles follow initial caps (e.g. Brand Guidelines). Headings and pull-out copy follow sentence case (e.g. Adding a medicine to an infusion).

Iconography

REVIV's line icons were designed to promote precision and intricacy — the delicate balance of ingredients in REVIV's therapies, and REVIV's approach to effective, impactful nutrition on a global scale. A consistent thin keyline is used across all icons, tables and outlines.

Designing the Experience

Every section of the website was designed to educate users, build trust and create a seamless path from discovering treatments to booking an appointment.

WhatsApp Booking Flow

A parallel, zero-friction path to book: the same treatment discovery and slot selection from the website, reimagined as a guided WhatsApp conversation.

Outcome

Booking conversion improved after launch, with the persistent CTA and WhatsApp flow removing the friction that previously stalled most visitors before they reached a form. The India experience was also brought into visual and experiential alignment with REVIV's global site, closing a consistency gap that had undercut trust for an internationally recognized brand — and WhatsApp quickly became a preferred booking channel alongside the website itself.
